The Challenges

Be Kind Online!

Most of us spend hours a day catching up with friends online, in addition to the offline activities that we’re engaged in from day to day. When being online, sometimes it’s easy to forget that for all the highlights of other people’s lives that we see… we don’t always know exactly what they’re going through personally.

Reading a positive message of kindness can really go a long way in affecting their happiness. Share your positive message with your friends and family and empower them to pass on the kindness!

Reach Out to an Old Buddy!

“It’s very easy to lose touch with one another when every person has 1,234,567 friends on their social media profiles. It’s easy to get lost in so much information, and lose contact with people that mattered to us before.

Reaching out to someone is an easy way to let them know that you still care about them! Post a photo of you with an old friend and tag them, and write about what they mean to you. Put a smile on their face and let them know that you’re still very much concerned about their well-being, and spread the kindness!”

Be Kind, Rewind

“When we do something kind for one another, it’s best not to expect any reward, or even praise. However, wouldn’t it be awesome if whenever someone was kind to us, we can share it with everyone else?

Think of a person that has shown you kindness in your life before, and post a photo of you guys together with the story of that person helped you. Everybody loves a good appreciation post! You’ll be making someone happy, and you’ll be sharing a little bit of kindness with everyone that reads your story.”

Spotting The Signs

Do you have any experience with depression? Do you know someone who has undergone depression? It’s an issue that isn’t often talked about, and one that should be brought to attention so we can help people with depression to get the help that they need.

If you know anyone who has battled depression before, or you’ve undergone depression yourself, share that story with us. Help more people be kind to people with depression by sharing a positive message for anyone who might feel like they could use some help.

Share Your Own Story!

When we share our stories of how we positively impact the lives of others, we are inspiring and empowering more people to spread the kindness. We’d like to hear YOUR stories of kindness!

Have you witnessed an act of kindness that moved you before? Or perhaps you’ve been on the giving end before, and would like to share your story? Whatever it is, if it’s had a positive impact on the people around you, we want to read it!
